T4i to 6D

Hmm, yes, I had originally intended to look at the G15 too. But the dpreview says video not great. The sample photographs in the review, however, are excellent. I really was never very happy with my G11 (has anyone figured out what happened to 13 and 14?). But the 15 does look much better. I of course also considered the G1X, which has fantastic IQ, but was concerned about what I read about the AF on it.

In fact, I really thought I wouldn't be buying another DSLR; was going to sell my 24-70 EF L. But in the store, the RX100 didn't do it for me, and all the mirrorless seem to be not quite ready (I wanted to love the Fuji Xs, for example, or the Canon EOS M). Or maybe I'm just expecting one machine to do the work of 2 or 3 different types.
