Unfortunately, I don't think that's going to happen. Sony seems committed to creating a photo/video hybrid, and video doesn't work well with OVFs.

And yet, there are a number of feature films that were shot with OVF SLRs. Four of the 5 movies on this list were shot using a SLR that had an OVF, and a flapping mirror-
