What can i do with this?

I have this cheeky little boy picture which I love but would love some advice on what to do with it.  Here is the original and my first attempt at something. In the second picture, I desatursated the door, and converted to black and white by using the Channel Mixer.

Hope you can come up with some creative ideas.
