I would cropped out the black garbage bag and the red cart.
No sooner said than done! And you are quite right - sometimes less is more. I've blurred what little background there is and added a frame in the FREE FxFoto which unfortunately purloins the exif data :-(.
And the smilies seem to have gone AWOL again :-(.
