I did, and here is useless response that I received from irresponsible Nikon representative.... Unbelievable how they work out this issue!!!

"Thank you for contacting Nikon Customer Support.
For you dust and oil issues, please use the following links below for information on how to remove dust and oil from your sensor.
What are these spots and how do I get rid of them?

Your incident number for this case is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Best Regards,"

So how about a follow-up response from you: "Dear Nikon - thank you so much for sharing those tips. I have in fact used these approaches, and to no avail. The camera continues to produce and deposit debris on my sensor at rates higher than I have experienced with any other previous excellent Nikon DSLRs I have used. Clearly, this issue needs further and additional remediation. Please advise on what else can be done to address this problem."

IOW, don't - let - them - off - the - hook.

I think they don't care what we write or complains. Seem like they use automatic email reply. They know the issue. They just don't admit and fix it for us. The best way we, as customers with our rights, do is to keep exchanging/returning our cameras so the Nikon dealers/retailers put hard pressure on them to fix the problem and recall the defective cameras. I know some of my local camera stores have returned all of their D600s to Nikon. One salesman told me they don't want to sell D600s for now.

I believe there will be a class action soon.
