Budget camera under 200$ - DSC-WX50? or?

Hello everyone,

I am looking on buying a pocket camera that I could carry on all the time in my purse. I currently have a Lumix FZ50 that I use during my travels but I find it too big & heavy to carry it around when I go to dinner with friends, party and so on. As you noticed, most of the time it will be low light situations and I need a camera that has a good flash and doesn't produce too much noise on the pictures.

After almost a day of hopping from one shop to another and surfing on the net, I am completely overwhelmed/lost and don't know what to choose from.

So far I came across Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX50 and Canon ELPH 110 HS. Any toughts regarding these two? Any other suggestions?

My budget is 150-200 max.
