Looking for a sub $100 TTL flash for Nikon

Anyone know of a good TTL flash under $100?
I'm looking at the YN465, YN560 and YN560II
Requirements for this flash:
-TTL
-AF-assist lamp
-180 + 90 Swivel head
-Light Trigger option
-Under $100
Power / recycle time isnt really a huge requirement, but faster and stronger is always better.
I've heard Sunpak and Vivitar have good flashes but I have no personal experience with them.
