I think I may have FINALLY processed this shot right!!!!! C&C

I'll join you in that. For me, the others raise the question "where is the light source?" and thus feel unnatural and somehow unsettling. I think there's actually a different question to be posed - if you want a sunrise shot, should you frame it in such a way that you don't get the problem of a lot of dark foreground? And the follow-up, if you want a shot of the foreground, is sunrise the best time of day?
