Need birder help for identification...

I've looked at a lot of bird sites and am having trouble identifying the gold colored bird. It is not an American Goldfinch. I see plenty of those, but I've never seen this bird before as it shared the bath with an Eastern Bluebird.

The bill is all wrong for a Goldfinch.
