Absolutely baffling menu layout on OM-D

Actually, now that I've set up the camera, the only reason I dive into the menus is to format the memory card. I appreciate that it's the first item. The trick is to take time to set up the camera. There are inconsistencies in the interface, but once set up, you rarely go back into the menus.
