Trouble with search in forum

Using my iMac as soon as I try to the "search" feature in any forum I am bounced to the forum discussion list; if I pick the forum from the list (Nikon or Canon SLR lens for example) as soon as I attempt to search something I end up at the list again. This has never happened in all the years I have used dpreview.
