Adding/reading Comments on this site - anyone else find this odd?

When searching for comments on kit that has been reviewed, you have to go back to the News announcement of the review, rather than the review itself. See for example the recent Sigma 35/1.4 review. Members can't add or read comments on the review pages, only on the news page:

News: http://www.dpreview.com/news/2012/12/21/Sigma-35mm-f1-4-dg-hsm-lens-review
Yet both the 'News' announcment page and the 'Review' pages of the Enthusiast Zoom Compact Camera Roundup have entirely separate sets of Comments. Where's the consistency?
IMO it would be far more elegant and less confusing to have a single set of comments for any related pages. i.e. the Sigma 35/1.4 News page and the Review pages all share the same set of comments. Be interested to hear what others think.
