Panasonic 100-300 or Olympus 75-300 (m4/3) Please Help!!!

I can not comment on the Oly, only have the Pana. Some people say it is ia bit soft in the long end, I thought that too, before I switched the mechanical shutter off, it does suffer from shutter shock, see examples below, it is a very sharp lens, you must realise how difficult it is to reach its potential (or indeed that any 300mm lens in m43) handheld, or even on a tripod.
