OM-D : Night Picture with unwanted reflection of night light.

My pictures shows reflection of light from building in the dark are just below it. Is this issue with leaving the shutter open to long (10s)? How do I avoid this in the future.
This picture is 10sec and the light from the building show in the dark area in just about center of image.
This one is 6 sec and I don't see any issue.
