i love sony, and appreciate Oly...but its way over due for sony to make a Nex Mount Tele Zoom with fast aperture!.

Sony is using the LA-EA2 as an excuse not to make one, so you can buy a larger and more expensive A Mount Lens!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!

that LA-EA2 is crap. it softens the image, and to produce a really good pic you would need to use a 1.8 or faster!..

I dont care if it is a little heavier to make a NEX FAST LENS..heck, it is better than using that LA-EA2 adaptor that sounds like a antique cash register, and then putting on an A Mount Lens.

Another reason why the EM5 Won was because the lens mount is very close to the sensor, leaving no room for light to enter near the sensor.

its the only mirrorless system with the lens closest to the sensor!

This is where we disagree. I'm in the m4/3 forum all the time and especially when it comes to nature shots or specifically birds in flight.

There has been a few threads in there lately on this subject with people using either the Oly 75-300 or the Panasonic 100-300. I don't really want to point those out because it was a little embarrassing for the original poster.

Then we have these sorts of shots from Jack using the LA-EA2 and the opposite from what you just said TOTALLY acceptable.

So if I compare those to what I've seen in the m4/3 forum, well there is no comparison, so we disagree for sure on that adaptor. It makes subjects possible with NEX that are not with m4/3........... better say IMO.

Then you can add Justin in here as well as Dirk. Justin uses the 55-210 with an add on and its brilliant. Dirk uses the adaptor as well, I honestly can't see a problem like you do.

All the best and I would personally take the adaptor over m4/3 any day.

Danny.
