ZS20 / TZ30 Users: Any tips on 'best' setting for shooting pictures?

I discovered that showed the chart for 24mm FL (equiv.) in my post above, sorry about that. Nevertheless it does illustrate the same trend for "fuzziness" due to diffraction becoming visible above about f/5.6.

At 480mm FL (equiv.) there are only three available aperture settings, as shown in the chart below:


Just to follow-up, below are two shots I took yesterday of a dragonfly near the pond. They were both taken hand-held with my ZS20 in telemacro at max zoom (480mm equiv.) and at f/6.4. I was quite happy with the resolution/sharpness at f/6.4 aperture:
