This is indeed not a straight forward decision.  I am unfamiliar with a specific lens that you have, but have a collection of good Canon lenses.

In a very short time I went from Fuji's X10 to X100 to X-E1.  I no longer have the X10, X-E1 took its place, and the X100 is a keeper.

I have decided to hold off on upgrading the Canon body and am still using the "ancient" 40D.

I moved to Fuji for general-purpose, travel and portrait photography, but have nothing yet to replace the Canon on the long end.  And, of course, X-E1 is simply does not have a reliable enough auto-focus in low light and low contrast situations, as compared to 40D.

I am slowly shedding some the Cannon gear on the wide to mid range that overlaps the Fuji, but am holding on to the mid- to tele- fast zooms and a few good Canon primes.

And of course, Fuji colors are excellent, and was one of the reasons I jumped into the Fuji line.  It takes a lot of effort and know-how to pull similar colors out of Canon raw files.

Hope this helps.
