AF chip for m4/3 to Ni adaptor?

A couple years ago I bought an AF chip that I glued to a 4/3 to Nikon adaptor. It works well and allows me to use get AF confirmation with my Nikon 60 mm macro lens on my E-620.

I have recently purchased a m4/3 body for the sole purpose of slide and negative copying, and I would like to install an AF chip into the m4/3 to Nikon adaptor. I presume any AF chip made for 4/3 would also work for m4/3? I can't remember from what vendor I bought the AF chip for 4/3. I remember the chip came with a convenient plastic template for mounting the chip in the proper spot inside the 4/3 to Ni adadptor.

Any recommendations?
