Not eveyone is comfortable with wet cleaning - there is nothing wrong with sending to Nikon or a local shop to do this.

Now that I think about it, i was hoping that Nikon would "fix" the source of the dust and oil. I have been dry cleaning the sensor but it keeps poping back up every few months. It does need a wet cleaning since some of it was oil and it spread across the sensor creating a slight shadow mark on the images.
