This is an image at 10 mm with this (B+H site) filter.

It has a relatively even sky, shot RAW, loaded into Aperture with defaults for the T2i, and exported with no further adjustments (other than JPEG settings). Searching my Aperture library, most 10 mm photos with this filter show something similar, but the apparent intensity of the vignetting varies. Sometimes it is the same in each corner, sometimes quite different (darkness, radial coverage). Occasionally there is no visible vignetting, but that is the exception. I have very few photos claiming to be at 11 mm, but they are free of the effect. None of my 12 mm photos show any vignetting.

As mentioned before, my slim CPL shows no vignetting ever.
