Hi, I am pleased with the quality of my Micro 4/3 gear but I feel that it doesn't do the job that full frame does. In my work - mostly writing and photographing cookbooks - all formats have their place and one doesn't seem to take the place of another.
I find M4/3 fantastic when I need to push a camera into the scene or discreetly get a few photos where a dslr would attract too much attention. I also use it when I'm taking long trips out of a small backpack.
I've found that there's one situation where it attracts too much attention; events with loads of photographers. I was using m4/3 to photograph at a food truck rally in Brooklyn, NY and found myself constantly getting into discussions about it with other photographers. Nice and sociable, but a distraction nonetheless.
