Looking for a compact camera bag...

Does anyone have a recommendation for a bag that is as compact as possible to carry a Canon 6D body with a 40mm pancake lens?  I'm looking for something to put the camera in when I'm traveling light.  I don't need a waist belt or shoulder strap or anything like that, my typical use will be for packing the camera in my luggage when traveling light, or putting in another backpack when hiking, mountain biking, etc.

Primary feature I'm looking for is small size, but would like a little bit of padding/protection as well.
