How to cut a roll of paper

I'm not sure if this is for any help, but I once had a separate shop for printing and framing. I had and still have a 24" DJ130 printer but used only sheet paper or pre cut roll paper. There was a wall mount metal rack with 3 poles for 24" rolls and a vertically assembled Dahle rotary trimmer beneath the rolls. The cutting was easy for what ever lenght, the width was still 24" but chopping to smaller ones was easy if needed.
