V2 again in the Jungles of Honduras

I am trusting this camera quite a bit, its a shame the battery life is quite bad it doesn't last like the other larger battery of the V1 that is also used in the D7000 and the D800. Big shame.

Yesterday it was hot in the jungle, camera behaved quite well, got a little hot but no issues.



I used the V2 with the 200-400mm Vr, I tried using the 2X and 1.7x TC from nikon and it was awful quality, unusable.

Used a tripod in some shots, a monopod in others and hand held in others. Obviously the tripod ones turned out sharper. ISO 1600 is as high as I want to go with this small format, but ISO 800 is quite good. Exposure was quite accurate.
