Well, there's gonna be a catch for such a (relatively) low price on FF. How many people would buy a 5Dmk3 if the 6D could track as well?
I do AI-servo type work mainly with my 7D, so for me the 6D is a no-brainer for an upgrade from my 5Dmk2, as I will use it mostly for still work with center focus point and recomposition, which it does quite excellently, even in near-darkness.
John,
in term of image quality, for what You have observed to date, how is the 5D3 compared to the 6D?
