and that is a tad under the Nikon series 1 which has a much bigger sensor and a much

more limited zoom range.....

Image quality of the FZ-200 is actually pretty good for a superzoom camera....against what so many

people here say...

I used f 2.8 and 100 iso.....

Image was processed for resolution in Lightroom 4.3.....

I could have processed a little more against noise.. but that would have taken away resolution....
