1. Are you certain there are no differences in color space (ie srgb, nikon rgb,adobe rgb).

2. The Fugi pics are contrastier, (fewer dark shadows in the nikons, note esp. 2nd set) and, I think, underexposed compared to the nikon, or the nikons are overexposed compared to the fuji. Exposure can effect saturation. Try darkening one of the nikon ones and note what happens to the tones.

3. As previously noted, mixing ADL and flash is a recipie for trouble, in that adl itself is somewhat of a black box in that we don't know how much exposure is reduced and lightness is boosted in processing, nor can we it be to be consistent. [I stand to be corrected on this by someone who has done a disciplined study]
