Very cool A99 slow motion video

What I meant to say is that this video is excellent and looks first class, and I was wondering how is it possible to create this. After all, at best this was shot at 60fps, and if you slow it down to about 1/4th the speed, it would become 15fps, which would look a bit jerky. But this one doesn't. So how was this done? It looks great!
