I raised a synthesis of your notices and advice, here is the points which I retained :

+ better built (better waterproofness, resists all the conditions), reliable + better coverand speed of the system AF 51 points
Peculiarities: no video, reacts very well in low light, taken synchronized PC.
D700:+ Conception PRO: accessible regulations directly - Heavy
+ more pleasant Treatment of files 12 MP + resolution of 24 MP
D600:
+ Dynamic tidies up + slightly better in sensibility ISO + more silent Shutter + Better vision on the back screen +Boitier less cumbersome and lighter + 2 cracks SD
NIKON- No effective and long-lasting treatment of
- Failing Quality control NIKON (dusts, oil on the sensor)
- problems of dust, lubricating on the sensor (can affect photos from f8, for the landscapes, for example).

Hesitate by to rectify if need be and to give me your impressions !
