16/24/50 mm or 16/35/50 mm?

If you are going on a safari - a long telephoto + wideangle (16 + converters). But in towns, streets & markets don't think of taking photos (with any camera at all)! Local people are very hostile to photographers and you must have a practically invisible camera (focal lenght 24 is fine)

I have been there several times and speaking from personal experience.
