Geez, that was quite the overwhelming response in favor of the tilt screen! So, I'm going for the E-PL5. $700 for the body, 14-42 and 40-150 seems like a pretty solid deal. I also have my eye on the Panasonic 20/1.7 and Oly 40/1.8 but I have a Pentax SLR outfit I need to sell before buying those.

I like the Pentax lenses I have, but I wear glasses and find viewfinders annoying. About the only time I don't mind a VF is when I occasionally wear contacts. The touch AF is also a big step up from trying to line up an individual focus point on a specific part of the frame and moving it around with single button presses.

It looks like I'm the minority here, but I prefer the E-PM2 - primarily for handling.  I don't care for the weight of the E-PL5, nor the added thickness of the body. The only reason I would want the E-PL5 is for the myset functionality Guy mentioned - which is news to me.

Point being, have you handled either body?  IMHO, it is worth doing so to be sure you like the feel.

That being said I use the camera as a 2nd body, and I can use my E-M5 when I want the versatility of an articulating screen.
