What %age of your images get PP'd?

I open all my photos using windows for a quick & easy delete.  I'm a sucker for bracketing and bursts so I know going in that most of them are toast.  If its a keeper though it goes through Elements (11).

Most of my recreational pics are JPEG, but some are both JPEG & RAW. Most folks on this forum seem to prefer RAW - I think they're por or at least significantly more serious than I am.   I find most of my pics are good enough for me with a little JPEG tweaking.  Almost always some crop and levels, but sometimes other treatments.

In my town there's often a groupon selling a 4 or 5 hour beginner's Photoshop (includes Elements & maybe should be Elements exclusively) course for $40.  If you can find one of them it'll be enough to get you in the ball game.
