Why shouldn't I buy a K-01?

Hi All,
I'm a beginner who has been learning on a Fuji x100. I love it for what it does but I'm already getting sucked in to the need (want) for more lenses. I see the K-01 for very low prices and am contemplating buying one. I like the internal stabilization feature.
What do I want to do with it? 1) Outdoor Macro. 2) Mid range zoom (street) 3) landscapes. 4) Low light 5) Some weather resistance (live in Hawaii = rain, salt, sand).
What I don't care about... 1) video. 2) FPS Sports shots.
If I get it, which kit lens (if any) should I get. My choices are: Body only ($314), DA 40mm for $100 more, or 18-55mm and 50-200mm for $200 more.
Basically, is this a good body to start off with for me? I'm not stuck on built-in effects and filters since I can do that in post processing. I'm also not going to quit my day job and depend on selling my photos for a living.
