Only D600 has the dust/oil issue or its regular about Nikon cameras?

I don't recall this oil/dust problem with my D70, my first DSLR.

My D200 doesn't have a spec, despite lots of lens changes. Full disclosure - though I've had the camera six years, I sent it to Nikon before the end of the one-year warranty period for hot pixel remapping. It got a complete clean at the same time.

My D700 (second hand) has many sensor spots which my Giottos won't dislodge.
