Going from DSLR to FZ200, your impressions

I have the Canon 5D2 and the FZ150 and there is no comparison for IQ.  The FZ150/200 are very convenient and produce very pleasing images, but .jpgs look processed and you have to deal with noise/artifacts.  DOF is very limited and bokeh on the FZ200 is quite cluttered.  It's really a matter of what you're intended use is- if you need high quality enlargements then the FZ200 will disappoint, but if lugging an SLR rig around Yosemite is out of the question it will have to suffice.
