Need advise to emulate Nikon colors

well everybody knows NEX jpg colors are ugly. because of that I sold my NEX-7. Just look at pics from Nikon D7000 a 5N.. same great sensor- different jpg. I tried emulate nikon colors for half a year in lightroom... no way. I really dont know why they cant improve jpg engine. Its so digital and dull colors. on the other side NEXs are great cams. I ll buy new modey if they ll improve jpg. good luck
