LX7: City Life

Thanks. I was using the NEX-7 & kit lens or the Sony 50mm f/1.8 as my general everyday camera but I found it too bulky for "everyday" use, so I decided to get the LX7 which is a Jack of All Trades. I take it to work and just about every place else. Don't let the sensor size fool you. The LX7 is very good in good light and it has a very fast, sharp lens. Shoot Raw in daylight or low light and keep the ISO up to 800 and you'll be alright.

When I want to be more creative or shoot in low light with longer exposures, I'll swap for the NEX-7 and/or my D300. Each camera has it's purpose.
