Most of the views were  from the hotel "Hilton Double tree Tower London" , the bar was really busy but it was empty out on the terraces, you have views of Tower Bridge, the shard, the financial district and canary wharf, I would really recommend going there for photos, its free and you don't even have to buy a drink as it is a hotel bar, although if you do I would recommend the mojitos
