Average workflow on D800 files ?

Since 3-4 months that I have a D800, I'm still struggling to find an average workflow, in order to get the best out of those big files !

I noticed straight away that my usual D700 files workflow was no more suited to the D800 files, but I haven't yet found something that satisfy me !

Do you mind giving away your tips on sharpening and all ? BTW, I use Capture NX2 to do the most of it, then finish off with Photoshop !
