Actually, my d7000's skin tones are horrible, with some exceptions, compared to my D80, at least for indoor shots.  I'm fiddling with skin tones, and have seen some improvement using settings suggested in the forums.  They're still too pinkish.  By the way, it doesn't matter if it's in Lightroom or Capture NX--they're still bad.  Having said that, Capture NX does a better job with skintones--at least for me.
