DP2M and self timer question

Worked it out.

I haven't changed the QS settings so it's still the bottom option.

I was choosing the option then turning the command dial at the top to change it, and that way you only get two change to single or continuous.

But if I press the focusing point button I can scroll through all the options. I'm not sure if this is totally logical but it will do!

I upgraded the firmware to 1.03 incase that makes any difference.

With the User Manual I was wondering whether there was an in camera manual, rather than the paper one or PDF download? Lots of cameras have a '?' button to access this.
