nikon d600 and d800 how many people are happy with them and not happy with them

Agree with the above. This camera will deliver when you think about your shot. 36 megapixels sharp, are always available if you slow down and set up correctly. It has been an exhilarating thing to nail 100% sharp images.

I  saved up to get this camera as a tool for high resolution. It has already paid for itself in that regard. I do not have  the LF issue and my D800 was in the first thousand. Maybe the earthquake screwed up the calibration equipment after they built mine?
