To get 'Sepia', and also some other black and white modes, turn the dial on the top to 'Creative Control Mode' (the palette icon). Then you can select from a number of options, including sepia.
There are also (plainer/less user configurable) b&w and sepia features in "Intelligent Auto" mode, under "Color Mode" in the menu.
