Help: recommendations for indoor photos (RX100)

How do you take indoor photos?
I just got the RX100 and have been quite impressed with the ability to take photos indoor without a flash. I'm also trying to take my photos to the next level, and/or, learn more about my options for taking pictures. I'm currently using either the iauto mode or one of the indoor modes like high iso or anti motion blur (just been playing around a little bit).
Can someone give me a recommendation on how to use one of the M, S, A or P modes- which one is a good place to start for indoor photos?
thanks in advance!
