Canon 650-4ti owners, what computer system requirements are needed?

Responses like yours make some of my concerns go away.  Reading manufacturer's specifications are at times hard to make sense of.  Your setup sounds like a real speed demon.  My first computer only had 32 mb, for a hard drive.  It seems with me when I see new technology I typically think I won't ever have a need for it.  As I age, I try to refrain from using the word never, instead I tend to say, it appears unlikely.  Never has come back to bite me in the backside too many times.  I try to enjoy the present, with an eye towards the future.  To get input from people who actually use what I'm looking at, (instead of sales staff who are paid to sell ya something) is super!

It just occurred to me, that if I had your setup I'd better have a reverse button because at that speed I'd get myself into trouble all the faster.
