nikon d600 and d800 how many people are happy with them and not happy with them

I bought my D600 4 weeks ago, and I have put a little over 3700 shots on it.  I just noticed some spots on the left side of some of my images yesterday.  I pulled out my wet cleaning kit, and spent about 15 minutes cleaning. it.  I had to use almost 10 pec pads, but now it is fine.  I am absolutely thrilled with the camera, and I am debating picking up another one.
