I generally shoot f/8 to f/11, 1/125s @ ISO200. And if you don't have a shutter remote, use the timer to trigger the shutter.

BTW, you really should shoot at 300mm (I'm using a full frame reference) or higher otherwise the moon will be relatively small within your frame.
