7D packaged deal - Too good to be true?

So it looks like I am going to go for the 7D and now I am shopping.  Google searches directs me to some deals on Ebay and I found some surprising ones.  One in particular appears to have things I would definitely use.  The package includes 2 Canon lenses, 18-55mm IS and 55-250mm IS.  Along with that come 2 Bower lenses, 58mm and 58mm 2x telephoto, a number of filters, 2 tripods, a backpack, external flash (Vivitar), 16 GB memory, cleaning kit and some more goodies.  All for a "Buy it Now" price of $1579 and the vendor appears to be NY.

The vendor has over 38,000 feedback entries of 99.7% are positive.  So my question here is, have any of you ever dealt with Ebay vendors and, if so, was your experience good?

I have to say, the package is VERY attractive - and there are others, but I like these two lenses.
