ARGGHHHH!!! Stuck pixel on my D800

So I've been playing with Active D Lighting and Capture NX2.  I was processing a few images from the other night shot at fairly high ISOs and I noticed a stuck pixel in quite a few of the images.  Pretty stinking annoying.

Today, I'm processing some images from a different day in Lightroom shot at lower ISOs and no stuck pixel.

Do they come and go depending on the program, lighting conditions, camera settings?
