NEX-6 - CRAPPED OUT - Shutter remains closed. REFUND imminent - TURN OFF BODY BEFORE SWAPPING LENSES

Also to clarify my remarks about Sony.  This post was initially written out of frustration i will admit that.  I consider myself a diehard Sony Fanboy.  In the 5 years I've been shooting film/photography i've always stood by Sony.  From expensive PRO camcorders (NX5U) to the consumer point and shoots and everything in between i've always put Sony at the top of my list.  I've even switched to Canons (60D) for a while but always ended up coming back to Sony. However i do have my complaints as any fan wouldb from the extremely disappointing VG series camcorders to the A-Mount Lenses and now "HOT SWAPPING" on new NEX Series cameras due to lackluster kit powerzooms!!! Its a LOVE HATE relationship.

To the NEX-6:  I had high hopes/expectations for you, maybe too high. The vast amount of features and frame rates and recording formats made me fall in love. Almost everything the NEX-7 had to offer but at a size and price point we could all agree with. WiFi and Apps the Cherry on Top!

But, if there's one thing i learned from this experience, its that Reliability and Build Quality is more important to me than all the bells and whistles in the world. For that reason i'm OUT!

Will i buy a Sony again? I cant lie i most likely will.
